| To all of our loyal guests, There is no question that these times are difficult for everyone across the globe. As we face the challenges presented by Coronavirus, we are dedicated to helping our community during this uncertain time. Fastrak is taking the following steps to ease the mind of our loyal customers: Fastrak has adjusted operating hours to the following: MONDAY – FRIDAY – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. SATURDAY – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SUNDAY – CLOSED We are embracing the concept of social distancing as recommended by health officials: We will have no more than 10 people in our waiting room at any time. Customers will have the option of driving their vehicle into the bay under the supervision of one of our technicians. We have taken extra care to ensure our waiting area is sanitary for all of our guests. Fastrak team members have been instructed to wear latex gloves and to replace them frequently throughout the day.
